I remember (amongst the various agencies providing migration assistance) stumbling across the Migrate2Oz website by luck. I also at that point chose Migrate2Oz to handle my case. I cannot pinpoint why I chose Migrate2Oz at that point, I think that was luck itself again.

That was however where the luck finished and the quality and skills of Migrate2Oz team came to the fore. Reuven handled our case in spectacular fashion, was very accessible both in person and telephonically/electronically and was a wealth of information (and sometimes a valuable source of motivation too). Despite his many clients I am sure, I was never in any doubt how hard he was working on our behalf, and surely the successful outcome of our visa application (granted 19th April) is in no small way down to the professional service he displayed at all times.

I must also compliment the rest of the team, as (when Reuven has been on leave for example), I have spoken with Thabo, Monica, Andy & Andrew and all have been very quick to assist when necessary and have been able to call up my details within a minute to discuss any aspect thereof. First off, we hope that you both had as good and end to 2009 as we did. As you know we were granted our 175 visa on 31 December 2009. The fact that you were working at this time and were able to inform us of the grant, speaks volumes for your professionalism and work ethic!

Thank you for all your patience with all of our questions and your unwavering belief in your own ability to obtain the visas for Candice and I. It is rare in this day and age to have people committed to delivering anything and having the level of follow through that you and your team displayed at all times during our application, from booking the IELTS exams to the point where visas are evidenced in our passports.

We had been to see one other agent previously, who could not help us with the Independent (175) visa based on our existing qualifications. The feeling I got was that the agent was not prepared to go the extra mile to investigate all the possible approaches to help us achieve our goal. When Candice and I first met Ray at the Australia Expo at Gallagher Estate in March 2009, we were actually on our way out of the Expo, and had basically resigned ourselves to the fact that we would be stuck in RSA for years to come, while Candice had to add to her already impressive list of qualifications, to allow us to apply for the 175.

Ray took a look at our CV's and qualifications and said that he believed that he could help us, but that he needed a bit of time to investigate and that he would get back to us in two weeks. True to his word, he did contact us first (shock horror!!) without me having to chase him down. Service excellence does not begin to describe how our application was handled from that point forward. No questions were left unanswered and there is nothing that Reuven and Ray would not do to help us out. Reuven even went so far as to assist a friend of mine with questions about American Visas!

The end result is that we are on our way with the Full Independent (175) Visa, in May this year. We know that we could not have done this alone and whatever costs were associated with the process can be seen as an investment in ones future. One need only ask "What is my future worth" to see that the costs are miniscule and worth every cent, in comparison!

I have already referred a number of people to Migrate2Oz and will continue to do so for anyone that is considering a move to Australia.

RE: Migrate2Oz

My wife and I first met with Andrew from Migrate2Oz at the end of February 2008. From that first meeting right up until the present day we have had nothing but exceptional service from the entire team at Migrate2Oz. Their knowledge, patience, understanding and willingness to assist at all times have been huge aids to us in the process we have been through in acquiring our Australian migration visas.

It is relevant to note that ours was not the most simple of situations. There were a number of complicating factors in our case. It is generally accepted that it takes approximately six months to complete the preparation process before an application can be lodged. The challenge we faced was the fact that we only had two months after our first meeting before my 45th birthday! If it weren't for the fact that Ray and his team pulled out all the stops for us we would never have done it.

It had the potential to be an extremely stressful two months, but with the calm manner in which the Migrate2Oz team operated, it didn't turn out that way. Such was the efficient manner in which they handled our case that the application was eventually submitted with almost a week to spare! I'm not sure how they managed it, but my skills assessment was completed in what we were told was a record time.

My main point of contact during this time was with Monica, and she was absolutely amazing. I cannot recall her ever being flustered or impatient, even though I'm sure there must have been times when she would have had a right to be. Thank you, Monica! Having said that, I also know that the rest of the team was also playing their part behind the scenes, and so a big thank you to all.

The excellent service didn't stop after the submission of our application. With the onset of the global economic crisis at the end of 2008, the rules of the game in terms of which types of application were to receive preference by the Australian government seemed to change every week. Throughout the whole time, we were kept informed by the team as to what the latest developments were.

Eighteen months after our application was submitted, our visas were granted. Migrate2Oz have not adopted an attitude of 'our job is now done so goodbye and good luck'. They are still there to answer questions that we have had while planning our initial entry. In addition, they have also offered assistance with the actual migration process. This is still in its planning stages, and I know that I can rely on them to assist wherever possible.

I would have no hesitation in recommending the services of Migrate2Oz to anyone who is contemplating emigration to Australia. They have a deep understanding of the process and the possible pitfalls, and this knowledge has proved invaluable to me and my family.

Initially, I did not meet all the criteria for our visa. However, you gave precise step by step instructions as to what was required and correctly so, advised that I start obtaining the necessary documentation regarding my qualifications well in advance. You also organised an immediate booking for the ELTS test, minimising any prolonged worry about facing a 3 hour English test. I have to admit, when we first met at the Australian Expo in April 2008, I honestly doubted your advice. The reason being we had spoken to other agents at the same expo and their opinion was it would be impossible to start the process until I had first worked a year. However, had we not started the process immediately as advised by you, we definitely would still be waiting for our visas.

Well, you said you would get us in and we shouldn't worry ( I had my doubts!!!) But you did it. I must say the process was long and hard but because of the people in your office, Andrew , Reuven and of course yourself we are still sane!!

When I first looked at the Australian migration process on the official website I was incredibly concerned about the seemingly sheer magnitude of the application process. I searched on the internet and found references to Migrate2Oz. After initial correspondence I decided to give them ago. A few things have struck me in my dealings with them: 
1. They greatly simplified the process telling me exactly what was needed and when. This greatly reduced my stress levels dealing with the whole process. 
2. They answered all queries I had timely even though they were often bombarded by emails from me. This was very important for me as I am currently living out of the country. 
3. I have very high standards and am most often disappointed by service I receive from so-called professionals. I was very pleasantly surprised with the service I got from Miagrate2Oz. 
4. They are affiliated with a number of vendors that help with the intricacies of actually migrating. Although I have as yet to migrate I believe these affiliations will prove invaluable.

I would like to thank Ray and team for getting my visa. My application was a difficult one from the start due to my age and time constraints to get the application in on time. As if that wasn't bad enough Ray had to appeal no less than two times for certain outcomes. Successfully the team spared no time and expenses to get hold of me while I was out of the country to update information. Migration is a very expensive issue but their generous fees were the least of my worries. I was very surprised when I got my visa in less than a year, because I know I was one their more difficult cases. Personal assistance was given to me right from the start in filling out forms, obtaining enough points and contact details for other organizations that I needed documents from. It is pretty much sitting back and enjoy the ride while they do all the work. I highly recommend them to anybody who is considering going to Australia. Anybody who is interested can get my contact details from them and contact me personally.

Dear Ray,

It was with Great Surprise to have received your call today informing me of the Granting of my Business Visa!!!!

Based on information from friends preceding us, using other Agents and/or attempting the process themselves, I have set aside at least Fifteen to Eighteen months to obtain a Visa

Your turn around time to obtain a rather complex Business visa took only Six and A half Months from date of lodgment!!! This is extremely good news, as this will assist us in doing the "Big Move" much sooner.

When we started with the process we contacted a couple of agents and we decided to go ahead with Migrate2OZ due to the prompt and professional assistance we received from Ray. Ray gave us proper guidance and gave a clear idea of the process. Later on Reuven took over the process. When Engineers Australia requested the competency demonstration report, Reuven used to call us on a weekly basis which helped to accelerate the process of completing the competency demonstration report.

Reuven also assisted us through out the process of completing the application forms and answered all queries quickly. Reuven submitted the online application form and this enabled us to get our PR visa quickly.
